I've downloaded it to my desktop and tried to run it but after the first window opens, it freezes and I end up restarting the computer. I scanned with Malwarebytes but it didn't find anything. I've gotten great help here before with this same computer. This is an older computer that we use primarily for our email and paying bills online. I'm not sure if this IS a malware/virus problem, but I suspect it is. Computer slow, freezing up, won't shut down properly
